That is why we make the initial consultation process straightforward.  We generally speak with you via telephone or communicate via email regarding your legal matter. At the conclusion of our consultation, and based on the facts you have provided us, we advise you how our law firm and lawyers can assist you.  At times, we can even provide you with an estimate of the fees and costs associated with your legal matter. We have different fee structures depending on your case. We offer hourly rates, flat fees, blended rates and we handle certain types of cases on a contingency (percentage of total recover) basis and we do advance costs on certain cases.

Once we have spoken and we believe we can assist you, we set an appointment. That appointment can be set at either our offices or, in certain circumstances, we are happy to come to you.
